As a marketing strategist, I have managed multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth by utilising various digital tactics such as paid search and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimisation (SEO), content and social media marketing along with email marketing.
I am passionate about creating remarkable marketing campaigns and finding innovative ways to provide a seamless digital customer experience. As a data-driven marketer, my work is informed by my ability to understand and derive insights to improve key performance metrics and deliver outstanding results.
I have also led a variety of projects including brand management, product launches, sports partnerships, loyalty programs, web development and public relations.
Over the course of my professional career, I have gained a strong knowledge across all elements of the marketing mix. I also have a deep understanding of marketing funnels and customer engagement pathways, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Being part of multinational organisations and occupying roles in small businesses, across different countries and industries, has taught me how to work autonomously, in large teams and diverse settings. In the same way, I have learnt how to lead and support in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Mentoring and inspiring others to create work they are proud of, together with building genuine relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
When I am not working, I enjoy travelling with my family, reading about neuroscience and psychology.
